The charming 3 bedroom Maison Maubec and it appartment sit on the edge of the village of Maubec in an ideal position for walking into the village for its amenities and being centrally placed to get around the Luberon and the cities beyond.
The house benefits from a wonderful new garden for 2023 and pool area* ideal for relaxation and taking in the view to the Luberon hills. In the garden you will also find a boules court, table tennis and a basketball hoop. The house has an open plan lounge and a large kitchen with the 3 bedrooms upstairs.

- Lounge Area: The lounge is a cosy area with views out to the pool through the large patio doors and a shading portico to maintain the cool. The is a large sofa and chairs in the snug area around the TV complete with wood burner for colder month visits. There is also a work area with a desk and chair in front of that view out to the garden. An upright piano gives further entertainment possibilities.
- The Kitchen: The kitchen is beautiful and practical with all the amenities you require to prepare your Provencal meals. An island unit in the middle gives added preparation space and there is a large Smeg range cooker and matching Smeg fridge.
For dining in there is a dining area for 4-6 people and also direct access through patio doors from the kitchen to the pergola covered dining area outside.

The house has a garden with plenty of entertaining space that includes a 10m pool, a boules court, and a pergola-shaded dining terrace.
The archways below the upstairs balcony are the ideal place to relax in the shade, but the pool with its stone terrace is the place to be for sun worshippers to unwind and take a dip. The pool is protected by a rolling shutter.
The front garden is landscaped with flower borders and a lawn that flows from the dining terrace down to the boules court.
The rear of the property has a basketball hoop, table tennis table, and a line for drying clothes. Table tennis equipment and boules are available at the house.
Upon entering the house there is an automatic gate and 2 shaded parking bays, with room for several other cars if required.
